Wiedmayer & Co. was founded in 2004 with one exceptional goal — to be the alternative choice to large, impersonal brokerage houses. Clients can expect one-on-one solutions for all of our offerings, something that often gets lost within the four walls of a giant, corporate firm. In the 17 years since we've been founded, Wiedmayer & Co. has become one of Atlanta’s largest independently owned commercial real estate service companies.
