A licensed real estate agent for many years, Ryan has extensive experience in leasing, property management, facilities maintenance, development, and investment services.

Mr. Feldman supports the firm in multiple roles. He manages the overall performance of the properties including developing leasing and marketing strategies, budgeting and tracking operating expenses and capital expenditures, and reporting financial results to management. He joined Wiedmayer + Co in March, 2019 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and asset manager.
