Terry Feldman
CFO
Mr. Feldman supports the firm in multiple roles. He manages the overall performance of the properties including developing leasing and marketing strategies, budgeting and tracking operating expenses and capital expenditures, and reporting financial results to management. He joined Wiedmayer + Co in March, 2019 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and asset manager.
He began his career in public accounting (Big 8) with six years of tax and audit experience and then started in private industry as regional controller for a national home and apartment builder. His experience includes eight years as Assistant VP with Days Inns of America, eight years with Anderson Properties as CFO, directing the acquisition and asset management of over 60 commercial properties, five years as CFO of Suburban Lodges of America (Part of IPO team), and sixteen years with Kaufman Realty in dual roles of acquisition and asset management.
Mr. Feldman completed his master's degree in Public Accounting (MPA) at Georgia State University and earned his CPA certification in the State of Georgia.
